2. Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and hotel confirmation. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices include applicable service fees as displayed at checkout.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies are set by individual hotels. Please review the policy on the hotel detail page before confirming your booking. TRVVLR service fees are non-refundable.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
